Top two floors Spracklens Building leased out

The top two floors of the Spracklens Building on the corner of Plein & Longmarket Streets were recently leased out by Romeo Biccari of Diamond Properties. WJ Spracklen started the well known business; 'Spracklens' in 1894 & the property is on of the few still owned by the same family. The building is currently being refurbished under the supervision of Brian Watts.
