Diamond Property Managenemt was formed in August 1999 and specializes
in the management of commercial properties, residential and commercial sectional
title schemes as well as corporate property management. The company also has
a residential letting division that specializes in the letting of residential
apartments in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
The company`s head office is in Green Point and it has a satellite office in
the Tygervalley Bellville area. The properties under management are spread around
the Cape Peninsula with a few properties managed in Gauteng.
The company currently manages approximately 80 commercial properties that range
from single tenant properties to multi tenant commercial and retail properties.
In additional the company has a sectional title portfolio which includes residential
as well as commercial properties. The corporate property management division
consists of the management of leases and ancillary functions on behalf of clients
